As the President, Felica oversees the overall planning, logistics, and scheduling to ensure a seamless and memorable festival experience for the entire community.

In her role as Head Vendor Coordinator, Stephanie curates, organizes, and manages the diverse lineup of food trucks, local artisans, and community organizations that line the streets during the festival weekend.

Serving as the Head Sponsor Coordinator, Chris actively collaborates with local businesses and city partners to secure the vital funding and sponsorships that make the free events possible.

As the Head Technical Coordinator, Dave manages the essential operational technologies that keep the concerts, stage events, and festival infrastructure running smoothly.
